About Founder Indus

Founder Indus helps founders of funded Indian startups decide what is worth trying and explains why things go wrong: a free library of honestly graded psychology pages, a public Registry of every test result (failures included), and one paid service, the Decision Review.

Constitution

The rules

01.

Money comes from Decision Reviews, never pages or ads.

The library and Registry are free to read. Revenue comes from Decision Reviews, so pages never become the product.

02.

The famous name in the title, the correct name in the answer.

The title is what people search for; the answer gives the mechanism that actually applies.

03.

A transfer is a status a test earns.

An idea moved from another field is labelled an open hypothesis until a pre-registered test decides it.

04.

Killed transfers are never quietly dropped.

A transfer that a test or an analysis killed moves to the graveyard, with what killed it.

05.

Every pre-registration ends in a recorded outcome; Private ones count only in the totals.

Survived, killed, inconclusive or abandoned: every outcome is published, even “abandoned”.

06.

Whoever writes a page never stamps it.

The evidence reviewer, never the writer, sets the badge and signs the page.

07.

Every claim dated, sourced and checkable.

Sources linked, an open-gaps box, a changelog. If a reader can't check it, it isn't a stamp.

08.

Teach detection, not deployment.

No how-to for fake reviews, false urgency, implied official status or any deceptive tactic. The honest variant is always the default.

09.

At most four new pages a month.

Breadth stays private. Each page is written because a Review or a reader's question needed it.

10.

A fact from an AI is a lead, not a source.

Anything that came from an AI answer stays graded G4 until it is traced to a primary source.

11.

No AI answers visitors' questions.

No chatbot and no auto-generated advice. A person reads every intake.

12.

No hidden money.

No referral commissions from CA or registration firms, no selling founder data.

Brand Architecture

The Indus family

Founder Indus is one of two sites in the Indus family. Both share the same river mark and typefaces; each carries its own accent color.

This Site

Founder Indus

Founder Indus sharpens the judgement. What is worth trying, and why things go wrong.

Sister Site

Startup Indus

Startup Indus builds the company. The next step, the gate that says you're done, and a checked template to do it today.

The five handoffs between them

Handoff 1

An idea survives a Review

Founder Indus to Startup Indus: a link to the gated path and a one-page memo summary, with your consent.

Handoff 2

A result is killed

Founder Indus to Startup Indus: back to the customer-proof gate with the new hypothesis, plus a Mistake Ledger entry.

Handoff 3

A decision depends on how people react

Startup Indus to Founder Indus: a price page, an onboarding default or a renewal reminder leads to the intake form.

Handoff 4

An intake is not psychology

Founder Indus to Startup Indus: company type, GST or hiring forms go to the matching path page, instead of a decline.

Handoff 5

The same mistake appears twice

Startup Indus to Founder Indus: a mistake type logged twice in a founder's Ledger leads to the library page, or a Decision Review if the cost is high.
